The controversial trial of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp is still ongoing, with new and shocking facts and information being revealed day after day about the two.

 In the latest development, Johnny Depp's lawyers were delighted when Amber Heard suddenly mentioned the name of British model Kate Moss during her testimony last week, because it would help them in their case.

 A source close to Depp confirmed that attorney Benjamin Chew's gesture in the Fairfax, Virginia courtroom was a "ceremonial admission," according to The Post.

 The source said that mentioning the Moss incident will help us in the case, to dispel a rumor that Depp pushed the British supermodel down a series of stairs, thus bringing her as a witness at the trial.

Heard told the jury about a fight in March 2015 in which she punched the star in the face for fear of pushing her sister Whitney down a ladder, adding that she thought "immediately" of "Kate Moss and the stairs".

 The Aquaman heroine claimed during her testimony that her ex-husband once pushed his ex-girlfriend, the British model, down the stairs when the two were dating in the 1990s.

 It is reported that Moss and Depp were dating between 1994 and 1998.

 At that trial, Depp Heard's lawyers were accused of making up Moss' "rumour" and dropping her in her testimony at the last minute, noting that Heard had never made this allegation before, including in her testimony and pretrial witness statements.
